This hearing aid retailer required a campaign to increase brand awareness. We proposed increasing awareness of the condition. Hearing impairement is a sensitive and emotionally charged topic, the result would benefit both potential customers as well as the brand.

The idea was to visually express situations whereby hearing impairment emotionally compromises an experience. This paradox arises when physical proximity is only a partial connection, thus one becomes "surrounded by solitude".
